Set in the disco driven 80s, XANADU follows the journey of a magical and beautiful Greek muse who descends from Mount Olympus to Venice Beach, California, on a quest to inspire a struggling artist to achieve the greatest artistic creation of all time – the first ROLLER DISCO. (Hey, it’s 1980!) With a small but expandable cast and limited design needs, this is a perfect choice for high schools and community theatres looking to have a bonafide 80s blast. Our thanks to Arkansas Public Theatre and Citrus Summer Conservatory for these pictures of their respective productions.
